Get Geeky:Professional Art Images

Wow, how did we get to the end of February so fast? I’m not ready for it to be March yet!

February was a month I finally got the chance to do something I had never done before: product photography for a local artist. How exciting! I’ve been wanting to help local artists create professional digital portfolios of their art work.

Glenn Vaags Artistry required digital images for prints for the upcoming convention season and I got a chance to photograph his art work. I learned a lot, having to run between the studio and the computer a couple of times to get it all just right.

Check out this Teen Age Mutant Ninja Turtles piece:

The original is a 2 feet by 3 feet canvas painting. Its awesome! (And for sale)

How about these Harry Potter Hogwarts House Crests?

House Gryffindor!

Aren’t they fan-tatsic?! (11×14 canvases: Individual houses and the entire set are available for purchase)

This was a pretty cool treat for me. I look forward to creating more of these digital images for Glenn Vaags, and other local artist.

You can check out more Glenn Vaags work here on Facebook.

So, what do you think? Pretty cool, hey? Are you an artist that needs to have professional digital images of your creations? Do you know an artist that could use some professional help?  Please contact me though any of the channels below. I’d love to chat with you!
